My background includes serving as a 'customer service representative' within both call-center and retail environments. Most recently, I worked on 'the customer service desk for Telkomsel', where my responsibilities included handling customer complaints, customer service support, obtaining and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries, performing customer verifications, and providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

I have spent the past 4 years working in the hospitality industry and am now looking to broaden my horizons and my skill-set. It has been a long-term career aspiration to work for an airline, as a cabin crew so that I can combine my love of service and hospitality with my passion for travel.
